How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device settings, find Subscriptions, and cancel from there. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Can I use HeyChef if I have food allergies?

Yes. During onboarding, you can specify any food allergies and dietary restrictions. HeyChef will exclude those ingredients from all generated meal plans and recipes. Always review recipes carefully and consult a healthcare professional if you have severe allergies.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, email privacy@heychef.ai with your request. We will process your deletion within 30 days.

Is the nutritional information accurate?

Nutritional information is estimated by AI and should be used as a guide only. For precise nutritional tracking, we recommend verifying with a dedicated nutrition database or consulting a registered dietitian.

Does HeyChef work offline?

Generating new meal plans and recipes requires an internet connection. Previously generated content can be viewed offline.
