• Payment information: subscription transactions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store payment card details.

• Infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), and Google (Gemini AI for recipe generation).
• Analytics providers: PostHog for product analytics (anonymised usage data).
• Billing providers: RevenueCat for subscription management.
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@heychef.ai.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security in our database, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

HeyChef is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
